1. Contact the responsible teacher
If you are not satisfied with your school or education, have other views on the activities or experience difficulties in schoolwork, you should first contact your teacher. Counselors, special educators and study and vocational guidance counselors can also receive your views and complaints.

2. Contact the principal
If you feel that you are not getting the help or support you want from the teacher, or if you personally do not want to contact the person concerned, you can contact the principal at your school.
3. Contact the Labor Market Administration
If you still haven't received a hearing or the help you need, you can submit comments and complaints to the Labor Market Administration

The center of adult education is responsible for admission to sfi and basic and upper secondary education for adults. The center of adult education offers level tests in Swedish, Swedish as a second language, mathematics and English. In addition, you can get study guidance and help with planning your studies.
