File your point of view, complaint or praise for Center of Civic Orientation
Civic Orientation provides you with the knowledge needed to support yourself and develop in Sweden. If you are not satisfied with our services, please follow these steps.
1. Contact your course leader
If you are not satisfied with your course, have feedback about civic orientation, or are experiencing difficulties during the course, you should first contact your course leader.
2. Contact the supervisor
If you do not receive the help or support you need from your course leader, or if you prefer not to contact the person concerned directly, you may contact the course leader’s supervisor. Contact details are provided on the first day of the course and are also available on the learning platform.
3. Contact the Operations Manager
If you still do not receive the help you need, you may contact the Operations Manager. Contact details will be provided on the first day of the course.
4. Contact the Centre for Civic Orientation in Stockholm County
